See you guys at Ohayocon!! January 27th,28th, and 29th. I'll be dressed as Vanessa from King Of Fighters.

December 3rd,2011

Working on reviews for my friend's website that launches Thursday. Also working on discussion panel outlines for 2012 conventions such as Ohayocon and Marcon. Stay Tuned guys!

November 18th, 2011,

had a really great pin up style shoot with Eric Wethington, his lovely wife, and Bill Kubiak, and also my good friend Becky.

Put up a sample on my Model Mayhem account. Also, I'm part of a soon-to-be web series called Sterling, The Man From Nowhere. A 1940's-50's film noir style show with adult humor mixed in. More info can be found on Cinema Shark's page. Happy Holidays to all my friends, and remember to show respect to the poor people who work at the stores this holiday season, because retail work sucks. During my down time, I've been playing the new Super Mario 3D Land for my 3DS. I'm almost done with the game, still need to get all the stars, but so far I loves it!!!! Best Mario game ever!!! I would like to do a more extensive review in the future.

November 1st, 2011

Sadly Halloween is gone now. I put away all the decorations and now the place looks empty. To cheer myself up I pre-ordered the new Super Mario 3-D Land for the 3DS and decided to do a handheld gaming video. Christmas in my opinion is a stupid holiday that sucks butts, so instead of thinking about that, I think fondly of all the fun games coming out, and all the retro ones I still love to play.

Had a really fun time at Cinema Wasteland and had a really awesome photo shoot with the talented Eric Wethington and Bill  Kubiak. You can check out our vampire shoot on his facebook page. I help attack a nerdy vampire hunter, but later he "Stakes me out". Hate it when that happens!

Attended the 8th annual OSS charity Zombie Walk, had a blast! between drunken karaoke last night and zombie stuff today, feeling pretty beat. Was a great turnout and was happy to see some friends there!

 September 17th, 2011

Had a great time working on bloody and demonic arts and crafts today with friends! getting things ready for Halloween. Photos up in the future. Some more cool news, was interviewed for an online geek magazine and will be interviewed for a documentary about classic/retro video gaming.

September 10th,2011

Had a great time at Kitsunecon. It was nice seeing youngsters playing Ultra Pong and NES at our table. Thanks to all who attended our classic gaming discussion panel. I'm trying to do more updates to the site, and also getting ready for upcoming shoots and Cinema Wasteland in the next couple of weeks. RAK Films will be joining us at Cinema Wasteland promoting Tarot Killer, now on DVD, and oh yeah, I'm in it:) Will try to have new items and new prints for sale. Also, still taking photo requests and cosplay requests. You know my Email by now!

Going back to the site, I know it looks very 1990's but I thought a more retro look would suit me since I'm into old stuff no one else cares about, and by keeping this old design and set up it's very cheap to run. Wanting to make new logos and icons, so check back for updates!

New Review for Gencon Indy is up, and more cosplay added to that section. Still having difficulties with my feedback set up. Next convention I go to is Kitsune con  September 3rd and 4th in Medina Ohio, after that one? well Cinema Wasteland of course!

  July 14th 2011

Recently at my local Giant Eagle they had Smurfs brand cereal. The pictures on the box were all retro and cute, and it tasted pretty good. I was upset though that there was no toy or prize inside. I also noticed on the other side of the box was the horrible CG Smurfs artwork promoting that pathetic excuse of a Smurf Movie. Such a cop out. Most of the time I don't  buy cereal unless I get a free thing with it. Maybe growing up dirt poor and eating the bagged generic cereal and never getting the toys provokes me to do this as an adult. If you buy Coco puffs right now they have different Sponge bob toys to collect. So, support the free toys. If you buy it, that's like one vote towards that item.

I have decided to take special requests for photos. For example, if you wanted a Zombie lingerie photo Emailed or Snail Mailed to you, it can be done. I can do Lingerie ,bikini, costume, as long as it is not explicit or breaking any laws. Email me. TheRealJanetJay@yahoo.com for more information. Photos can be autographed with a personal message.

Moving on, Looks like there's 2 film projects I'll be involved with. Can not give out any further info, but It sounds really fun and I can't wait to get started.

The C.C.A.G. (Classic ,Console ,Arcade, Gaming ) Show was a blast. Thanks to all who attended and befriended us. Thinking of putting up a review in the future. There needs to be more shows like this one. Photos are up on my Facebook and It's set up so everyone can view them. If you like classic games, then this is right up your alley.

Other notes, sadly, I will not be making it out to Otakon this year. I'm trying to get some things fixed around the house and I could really use a new car  before mine completely dies. If I can get the days free, will try to make it out to Gen con in Indy.

June 12th, 2011

Just had a really nice time on the radio this morning with Mark Buddha from WCSB and my ol' ball n' chain Danny AKA Johnny Crayfish. We chatted about video games old and new, and even zombies!  It's amazing just how many CD's and records the station has. He played some tunes and we brought in video game music to play during the show. June 18th is CCAG and was promoting that a little bit. If you're a gamer geek check it out! Maybe we'll see you there.

Had an awesome time at Marcon, and just added a reviews section to the site. Sooo...Check out the Marcon Review for 2011. I will post photos up in the near future on Facebook.

April 19th, 2011

My costume for Marcon is almost done. It will be my first time attending this convention and probably not my last. Come look for me at Thomas Berdinksi's table. We will be promoting the hell out of "Curved Space: The Adventures of Stella Star", a book (yes, a real book, made out of paper!) full of short stories based off of the old 70's sci-fi classic "Starcrash". Many of the authors will be there to sign your copy and  chit chat. Don't be shy to take pics of our costumes. The theme of this convention is alternate realities, so this will be interesting.

I've been recognized as Nerd Remix.com's Horror Hottie Of The Month of April! My good buddy Thomas Gleba Runs Nerd Remix. He does game reviews, movie reviews, book reviews, the list goes on. It's a really neat site and you guys should check it out! He also started a web radio show. My friend Thomas Berdinski is also friends with Thomas Gleba and he was on the second edition of Nerd Remix's radio show.  Thomas Berdinski is the director of The Italian Zombie Movie  Parts I and II, and The Giant Rubber Monster Movie. Lots of really talented Indie people. The Horror Hotties also have a Face Book fan page so "Like" us and we'll appreciate it:)

March 18th, 2011

I really wanted to make it out to HorrorHound, but it's not happening. That pesky job gets in the way of having fun sometimes, but no worries , I'll be at Cinema Wasteland fer sure at good ol' Uncle Carl's table with punk model Stacey Rayne. So look for us and hang out for a bit! I'll be there ALL weekend long. If you go, you must see the Evil Dead Museum. It's a Wasteland staple and is the best exhibit there. Where else can you see the book of the dead in the flesh?

March 6th, 2011

I'm Really hoping I can make it to Otakon this year. It's one of the biggest and oldest anime conventions in the country, a Metal Gear character was even named after it. My friends, The League Of Hot Geeks will be there. Not sure who they are? Well, the LOHG is a non-profit organization where geeks of all walks of life can join on Facebook. whether you're a "hot geek" or you're just a fan of "hot geeks" everyone can join in on the fun. I've become one of their representative members, and I wrote a review for Ohayocon 2011. Great photos, reviews, and so many amazing cosplayers, so check it out! Not sure what "Cosplay" is? Google it!!!! When you're done with that, look up "Sailor Bubba", lol.
